We just disembarked from this ship. This was our 3rd cruise with Carnival. We went cruising on the Fantasy twice before it was even rennovated. The Fantasy trumps the Freedom in all aslects. We were made to feel unwelcome by being turned away twice in the dining area. We were not told of other dining options but were rudely turned away. We are not trashy people and this was not the way we wanted to beapproached on our vacation.

Our room steward made a dangerous mistake which we forgave because no one was hurt, however when we called guest services to have this issue resolved they did not send anyone to the room for 45 minutes at which time we had called back and demanded someone come at that moment.

We never had beach towels waiting. We had to flag someone down to get them. We loved the ports of call, we enjoyed eachother, the shows were wonderful. We were just very unimpressed with the staff and felt like we were a bother to have onboard.
