Celebrity used to be known for its customer service and its food. Our cruise lacked both.

We started with a delayed embarkation. However, I was never notified of this and the only way I found out was reading the cruise critic threads. That was just the start.

Service was for the most part poor. Our waiter, Mario and his assistant, Vincent, were the only crew members, we felt went out of their way to provide excellent service. Our room steward did an average job and I am not sure our sheets were ever changed in the 15 days we were on board. Pool bar was inconsistent and for the first several days appeared to ignore women who was waiting to order a drink.

Cabin Review

The only thing the extra money that Concierge class gets you is expedited boarding. The fresh flowers are a joke! Ours died about 10 days into the cruise and were never replaced and then just disappeared on about day 12. Storage is fair. We made due, but for 15 days you have to bring a lot of clothes unless you want to pay for laundry. There is no obstruction of view with this cabin and it is well located to the center elevator and just a quick walk down from the pool. Great location.
