We flew out from Gatwick on a Thompson dream liner plane, dont know what dream was as my wife had her foot trod on by the steward,no apology and then had her seat yanked forward because she did not push the button quick enough, when we complained were told our names were being taken, for what we do not know, you had an excuse of a meal and a cup of t or coffee ,no refills and one hour before touch down received a roll and further cup of t or coffee,if you wanted any thing else you had to pay for it,great on a long houl flight,on reaching Barbados and checking in boarded the ship and went to our cabins,no f414,it was clean and tidy, was in port overnight and then set sail, while at sea the entertainment was a quiz, hello,is this Butlins, during the two weeks we had three comedians the one from Cuba was ok but the other two people were getting up and waliking out then we had to suffer them a second time so did not bother, the headliners did a show that was good,my doughter had her dress stolen from the laundry and when we reported it were told it was lost property,I wanted a theft report but only got a lost property one, terrible service for the money.

Most mornings at breakfast they ran out of cups and glasses and you were queing for 15 minutes waiting for them to arrive, then the glasses were hot to put cold drinks in.

I have been on this ship before and the standards have droped to what they were, even the food was not what it used to be,.

Cabin Review

Cabin was kept clean and tidy and had no problems, the problems were when you came out of the cabin
