Port of Tampa was very nice and I would be happy cruise from there again, however never again on Carnival. This ship needs to be CLEANED and updated. I wish I could post the picture I took of the life jacket that in and emergency I would have had to use. I don't think it had been cleaned or removed from the cabin since the ship started sailing in 1998! It was covered in mold, dust and cob webs. While walking around the ship there were many things that were broken or missing like a light on the deck rail on deck 11. Looked like it had been missing for quite some time as there was new paint around the black electrical tape where the light used to be.

As far as the food goes I would rather eat hospital food, no taste and just plain yuck. I didn't see any difference between the buffet or the main dining room.

Only went to one show and had we not been waiting to go to dinner I wouldn't have wasted my time.

Cabin Review

Cabin location was very good.
