We just came home from a 7 day Blue Lagoon Cruise in Fiji. This was a wonderful way to spend a week in Fiji. We moved to a different island every day. Some were private islands and we never saw another group of tourists the entire week.

The crew was too wonderful for words. The most friendly helpful people I have ever had the pleasure to know. And they knew everyone's name by the first day. The boat has 34 cabins and takes a maximum 68 passengers. Ours was a smaller group of about 32 people. In between breakfast, lunch (a full buffet) and dinner we also had morning and afternoon tea. Meals and tea were served either on the boat or brought to the beach and served from there-white table cloth and all! We were never bored as we were busy snorkelling, visiting several villages, there was a chance for a hike, and to visit a cave and several opportunities for scuba diving.

The company provided beach mats or recliner chairs on the beach and umbrellas. Also as many clean beach towels as you required and loaned out snorkels, masks and fins. We have never seen such attention to detail and safety when people were out snorkelling or on the beach. They were fully aware of where everyone was at all times.

Cabin Review

Our room had a queen bed, small desk and ledge. There was a good size closet and cupboard. Good sized porthole window with sliding shutter. The room had a small but complete bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There was a line to pull across to hang bathing suits etc. The room was air conditioned and had a flat screen TV.
