The price you can't beat it for (Royal Caribbean) a 5 night cruise to Labadee, Haiti, and Falmouth, Jamaica. I booked months in advance and got decent prices for 2 interior staterooms on deck 9. I decided to go back on this ship again because last year was simply amazing doing their Belize, and Cozumel itinerary.
Departure Day - We arrived at the port at 11:00am, checked in and we were on the ship by noon. We made it just in time because before we knew it the line was extremely long. Our first stop on the ship was purchasing our drink package. We are drinkers and the only reason why we choose to do the 55/day was because we were able to use the package on Labadee. So for 275.00 for the week including the grat seemed well worth it. We also received a trevis cup for the purchase. We then went to the Windjammer Cafe. Food was ok, I never really cared for the food up there even last year. Roughly 1pm our rooms were ready and so we dropped off our carry on stuff in and then went by the pool where we laid out for the rest of the day. Dinner was good we had an 8:30pm seating. Our service staff however for this night was a bit off, not like it was the year before. I believe because all our servers tables sat at the same time is what delayed the service.
Sea Day - Sea Day, I did a yoga class which was a bit hard and then we hung out by the pool all day, using our drink package watching all the spring breakers drink themselves to no end but they were harmless. Formal night was nice, some people were really dressed up some were not. Food was great in the dinning room I had the rack of lamb. At night we saw In The Air which we saw last year and it was a very cool show to see on a ship.
We arrived in our cabin where a bottle of wine was waiting for us complimentary. Our steward was nice BIG D was his name.. No complaints
