We just finished a 3-day cruise on the sky to the Bahamas. We stayed in a balcony room and here are our impressions. First the ship is old it used to sail to Hawaiian destination and still has Hawaiian themed decorations all over. Balcony rooms are really small and don’t look as nice as the pictures at all and the pictures don’t look that nice at all. Since smoking is allowed in the rooms our room, and bed smelled like an ashtray and not even opining the balcony helped. The sheets were dirty with yellow stains here and there. Thankfully we brought our own sheets based on a friend’s advice. The bathroom was not clean as we found stains and hair on the toilet so bring your own disinfecting wipes. Room service is included but every time we ordered something they ended up forgetting part of the order. The food at the different free dining facilities was decent and the service was pretty good. The staff was very nice.

On few occasions while dining at the crossing dinning room, few drunk individuals were came to dine and were yelling and using vulgar language yet non of the staff did anything. At one point one of the drunk guys grabbed the cheek of one of the waitresses So if you have kids don’t bring them to dinner past 9 pm. By the way each room has a 23in screen acting as your TV with very limited channel selection so keep that in mind. Additionally there is only one electric outlet so keep that in mind.

The worst thing though by far is how dirty the rooms don’t believe me then wait until you see for your self unless you are too drunk to notice ☺. The first stop on this three-day cruise was there Privet Island and it’s the only stop worth it. If you like to snorkel and have room in your luggage, make sure you pack your own equipment. The stuff they rent for $30 is not that good. The barbeque on the island was nice and well executed. If you don’t mind spending a little money then rent one of the cabanas they are worth the money as they are further away from the crowd and you get a server. When it comes to there second stop Nassau, I have one advice don’t even bother getting off the boat unless you are getting the Atlantis package instead stay and enjoy the ship while everyone is off the boat. Nassau is dirty, crowded, with rude people and nothing really worth getting. Atlantis was fun though. It was not a bad trip overall although I will never sail on the sky again not even for $100.
