Have been on a few Holland America ships and was the most disappointed one wasVolendam
We did not get on in Sydney but Darwin.
We found the staff quite unfriendly at the start and only into the trip did they warmed up and much nicer and smile.

very disappointed with the location noisey so noisey could not get any sleep due the humming
