A Royal Vacation Memory
Destination: Western Caribbean
Embarkation: Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)
Only a couple negatives. One being minor - I'm an exercise nut and some of the cardio-equipment was showing its age with slow and unresponsive user inputs. But you were still able to get in the workout.
The other negative was more apparent and I'd like to pass this on to future cruisers. Check with the cruise line to inquire as to what conventions will be participating on "your" chosen cruise. This cruise had a convention with participants showing off More their "geek" status. A few of the venues were closed for some of their specific events..This made us change our plans twice. We had a few conversations with fellow passengers about similar situations. Well at least at made for some great people watching...
But that being aside, would definitely sail again! Less

Better value if traveling with 5. We were able to get 2 interior stateroom with a connecting door between.
Port and Shore Excursions
Great Shopping for Souvenirs. The new port is surrounded by an iron gate system. You can venture outside of the protected area...but beware. We got within a hundred feet to the gate entrance looking to exit and the locals were already yelling at us to go with them for their excursion or buy something Bob Marley touched....LOL
Excellent Experience - Highly Recommended. Booked thru RC (Operated by MarineLand Tours). Excellent Service.
