We are Elite members on Celebrity and boy was this cruise a let down. For some reason they were short staffed and it showed. Service was slower than ever. Several nights in the MDR we skipped desert, missed a show, or just left because it was taking so long. We are very patient people and demand nothing. It was not the crews fault but Celebrity for having so few employees for such a full ship. Servers showed no eye contact, no asking if everything was to satisfaction, and no conversation with any of the cruisers. The food was plopped down and the server was never seen again.

The food on this cruise was ok but nothing special. Again, the short staff had a lot to do with this. It was often not hot enough. Lunch buffet was below average. Not nearly as many choices as on previous ships.

Cabin room was clean. Cabin Stuart was great. The pillows and bedding desperately needed to be replaced. The bed skirt was torn and the pillows were like balls of rocks.
