This was our second time cruising with Carnival and we had a great time. Our cabin staff was awesome and anticipated our every need and our MDR staff was great as well - we never waited too long and our food was always super hot and delicious. We travelled with friends who had never sailed with Carnival and they enjoyed themselves although they thought our Head waiter was not the most friendly (we thought he was good).

Half Moon Cay is absolutely beautiful and the snorkeling there was amazing (the best time we've ever had snorkeling), St. Thomas was okay but not our favourite island ever, we loved Puerto Rico and we enjoyed swimming at Governor's Beach on Grand Turk (although we heard there are better beaches further away). We did the ultimate snorkeling excursion and after Half Moon Cay it was a little disappointing but we still had fun.

If I had any recommendations it would be to change up the buffet menu (it got a little old by the end of the week (same ol, same ol) and add a pool to the Serenity area - we never really were able to enjoy Serenity because it was always too crowded and no chairs available. I know that the back pool was adult only but does that really have to mean mostly adults over 60?? The music back there was boring and it was blah - it would be better if the adult only pool had the live music or D.J. and let the kids have the back pool.
