Booked the 7 night southern Caribbean cruise with 2 other couples. This was our 18th cruise and 3rd time with Princess. Previous cruises on Princess have all been great, this one was a huge disappointment.
The DINING, BARS and LOUNGES: We were stunned by the poor service and bad attitudes of the wait staff in the dining rooms and at the bars and lounges.
The ROOM: On the other hand, our room steward did a great job. He was responsive and exceeded expectations every day. The room was well laid out and very comfortable.
Cabin Review
Very nice layout. Big balcony. We really like this room. Too bad the service in the dining room and at the bars and lounges was so bad that we will never take a Princess cruise again.
