We sailed many times on Princess’s and Holland America’s ships. We can find room of improvements, but overall liked cruising with them.

This was our first (and will be the last) on Royal Caribbean. Maybe word “Royal” confused us in thinking this line should be exceptionally good.

Everything from watery shampoo and unusable (uncomfortable) sink in bathroom to nonsense answers of front desk clerks, to deceptive claims of the store sales people was BAD!
