Arrived the day before and 6 of us stayed at the Hampton Inn in Brickell/Downtown. Was a very nice hotel with plenty of restaurants and Publix within walking distance. The 10 of us ages varied from 50 to 81 yrs old. My dear husband and I purchased the FTTF so we went to the port around 10:30 and were walking onto the ship around 11:15. We dropped our bags in our cabin and went to lunch to meet the rest of the family.

The ship is beautiful. The décor around the ship was very nice. Our favorite bar ended up being at the Alchemy Bar with Brian fixing some wonderful martinis. We went to the piano bar the first night and the piano player was very good, but seemed like each night was pretty much a repeat of the first. We enjoyed the punchliner comedy club and heard a few good comedians. Saw the juggler/action comedian and enjoyed his show. We skipped the dancer/singer shows.

The food at the wok is always enjoyable. The deli had some delicious sandwiches. The buffet was pretty good. Really enjoyed Guys burgers. Had a breakfast burrito at Blue Iguana but it just wasn't my kind of breakfast food. The lunch burritos looked yummy. The MDR had excellent service and many choices with the new menu. Was a little disappointed with the size of the lobster tail, yet it was good.

Cabin Review

This stateroom was very roomy. Had lot of extra space that we didn't even use. There are 3 areas in the closet. 2 for hanging and 1 with shelves. Also, there were 4 drawers under the desk area. Also to the left of the refrigerator there was 2 open shelves and then a cabinet with 2 small shelves. The bathroom also had small glass shelves on each side. I believe there were 6 glass shelves. This cabin was equipped to hold 4 people. There were only the 2 of us so it was very spacious. The only complaint I have is that there was noise inside the wall when we were sailing a few nights. Was probably just wires, etc, banging around but I am an extremely light sleeper. Ended up using earplugs and slept better. I would definitely recommend this cabin.
