Sail Date: Feb 2014

Not the best ship to sail on if you're looking for a luxury cruise. We were sailing with friends, and we all agreed this ship was disappointing because it wasn't up to the normal Celebrity standards.

With short cruises and with new guests coming in and out every 4 or 5 days, the ship has a feel of a revolving door. The staff seems so weary of a continuous influx of new people, they became immune to most complaints knowing these guests will be off the ship soon. The atmosphere is transient, and the service was mediocre at best.

It would be helpful if there was better service in the Oceanview Cafe for breakfast and lunch buffets. There's so much confusion up there, so many people trying to get through the lines, that we tried to avoid the area all together. It was hard to find a clean table, and the seating area was over-flowing with people. The dining at night in the main dining room was better, but at times that area also seemed short staffed. The waiters tried their best, but we felt they had too many tables to wait on.
