My wife and I have just returned from an 8-day cruise on the Carnival Breeze. This was a much anticipated voyage as we were very eager to be aboard a carnival ship that wasn't designed by someone obviously on an LSD trip. This was our 28th cruise, most have been on Carnival or RCCL. The Breeze did not disappoint. This was among our top 4-5 favorite cruises and it is going to take a bit of an effort to find flaws here. The Breeze belongs on your bucket list. If you have some negative, preconceived opinions about Carnival, they will disappear after a week on this ship!

Pros:

We've all read about super-fast checkin and how we can be in our staterooms in record time, the Breeze has established a new standard, although this is partly due to our Platinum VIFP status. We checked in at the airport in Miami, with nobody in queue at the Platinum/Diamond line. We had our room keys before our luggage was off the airplane. When we arrived at the ship terminal, we bypassed every line with our "Priority Boarding" card. This is a great way to start a vacation!
