Liberty is a great ship overall with fun bars, shows and fantastic activities. The rock wall, putt-putt course and flowrider make for a full day at sea all by themselves. The multiple pool areas give you plenty of places to sit and enjoy the day. The huge TV screen is captivating to watch and it was a unique experience to watch the Super Bowl (as terrible as it was) outside in the middle of the ocean. However, there were several issues with this cruise that should be addressed.

The Food/Service

This has gone way downhill, possible due to the now automatic tipping. The servers don't seem to care as much. One bartender was notorious on our cruise for being slow and rude. Regardless, he got tipped automatically with every drink. Our waiter had no personality and as soon as dessert hit the table, he disappeared. He rarely checked on us to see if we liked our dinners. He got an automatic tip, too. We tried breakfast in the MDR once and didn't get waited on until I asked three different officer types. One of them eventually waited on us but was clearly annoyed by having to do so. This used to never happen.
