Some background: 14 of traveling, 4 staterooms in a row standard inside cabins, 6 children ages 4 to 13, 1st disney cruise for all of us. Some of us had been on other cruise lines before

Pros: the service, any problem we had was quickly fixed, our servers were fantastic. Christine our cabin steward did wonderful. Right down to the princess/ cars sheets on the kids beds. We were a little difficult because the kids all took turns in grandma/grandpas cabin. All the kids loved the clubs. I was very impressed with how much stuff they got to keep. Tshirts when they danced on stage with Mickey and Minnie, they colored pillow cases from plutos pj party. My younger two (4 and 6) choose to go to clubs instead of the show each night.

Characters, they are everywhere. Around dinner time there are organized opportunities which you can get in line for or just walking around the ship we found several, Cinderella, Peter Pan, daisy, etc. my niece took an elevator ride with stitch. I overheard a little girl asking where Alice was and the crew member told her she was on the Magic. So I don't know if certain characters are on certain ships.
