We are seasoned cruisers and have been on the Sky several times. We take many weekend cruises on many different lines to have an easy, inexpensive and fun getaway. Our expectations are not extreme, as long as things are clean and staff is attentive and friendly. We have always preferred the dining rooms for our main meals, but will browse the other dining venues periodically.

We sailed on the Sky for Super Bowl weekend (1/31-2/3) and we were a group of 10, some of our group had never cruised before....we were introducing them with a nice weekend break. We chose the Sky because of the casual experience, no one had to pack formal clothes, there was a nice beach day included and the ship is still in good shape and a nice size for a first cruise.

There are 2 things that disappointed us, especially since we were boating about these things with our newbies:

Cabin Review

The cabin is fine, actually for the inside cabins, there is actually more room when the beds are split into singles. This doesn't help couples much. There are no extras in the bathrooms and we were provided robes when we requested them, they were nice and everything was in good condition.
