After reading numerous less than spectacular reviews regarding Crown Princess and ongoing A/C and toilet issues, we were cautiously optimistic about this cruise. We were quickly relieved after boarding. We found the A/C to be working (no better or worse than other cruises) and the toilet to flush as prescribed...although sometimes with a quick delay. We felt that the ship and room were very clean and tidy, and not nearly as worn as you may be led to believe. Food and service were both excellent...even in the buffet. Entertainment was typical, with many options to choose from.

Very little hall traffic. Quiet with absolutely no noise from Club Fusion. Completely covered balcony. We felt that the extra floor space and full sized bath tub were worth the extra money vs. the balcony room that we normally get. We noticed no more or less movement due to being in the aft section of the ship (in the past we 've booked mid-ship.)

One note...we opted for the EZ Check for our luggage, and it was money well spent. The cost was $20 each, and made the whole disembark process very painless. We simply attached the provided tags and set our luggage outside the room like normal. Princess checked us in with the airline, delivered our boarding passes to our room, and delivered the luggage to the proper terminal. Our luggage then arrived at our baggage claim at our final destination (much to my surprise!) All in all, a very hassle free experience.
