I am not one to write reviews, good ones that is. If my budget were greater, I much prefer Celebrity or Norwegian to cruise with BUT dollar for dollar, Carnival offers value that CAN'T be beat. The buffet food isn't anything to write home about but the main dining rooms offer quality food with great service. The burger joint produces delicious burgers. the Mexican joint also produces decent burritos and the 24/7 pizza is quite yummy as well.

The main entertainment is a huge disappointment compared to other cruise lines. Limited shows of any quality, the comedians are so so and the Hasbro game show isn't all that fun to watch.

The side performers throughout the ship are quite good and will keep you singing along to your favorite tunes.

Cabin Review

The window was dirty and small, much smaller than an oceanview on the Norwegian ship I sailed with. The room was nicely decorated and was a decent size for the 3 single beds we had. There was ample room to store our clothing for 3 individuals. The porter was really nice and meticulous when cleaning the room.
