Was looking for a short getaway to relax and recharge but got aggravation instead.
Lets start by the boarding process.....I have completed the required forms on line, and assumed that the check in will be a breeze.......big mistake. After arriving to pier at 12.30, registering, getting the cabin keys, instead of continuing straight onto the ship, like on every other cruise we have ever taken, we were told to wait...and wait...and wait......than the boarding started...by zone...more waiting...the employees themselves looked confused and aggravated.
Then, on the ship itself, customer service is lacking....employees are uptight and not very friendly. Went into the casino 8.20 am..cashier is closed.... My question is...if the casino is open 24 hours, shouldn't the cashier be available as well?
