1st and last cruise

Sail Date: December 2013
Destination: Europe - Eastern Mediterranean
Embarkation: Moscow
Our first cruise on the Thomsons Christmas and New Year cruise. This was not a Christmas or New Year cruise there was nothing at all except for a carol service from 11:30pm to 12:00am, if it hadn't been for this you wouldn't have even known Christmas or new year. The first week wasn't to bad but the second week they didn't want to know us.

Every where you went photographs, selling wine packages, pay £9.95 to reserve a seat for Christmas and new year, what Christmas and new year ?

We were all inclusive tries charging us £9.95 for a steak meal under the starts when we could eat inside for free.

The night shows were the same ones over and over again it wouldnt have been that bad but the performers couldnt sing or dance. There was a comedian on each show it was the same jokes every night.

The towels were grey and worn, the cloths the staff used to wipe the tables they never rinsed it out and the maps were filthy, no wonder there was a break More out of the Novo Virus, even the staff had the bug and were working with the passengers.

The cruise was just a 'Floating Butlins'.

The only good thing about the entertainment was a group called 'Top Man' they were fantastic they need to get themselves off that ship as they are far to good to be working there.

Also be aware if you go on this ship, do not leave your hand luggage in the room provided, there was only one girl looking after the room.

i made the mistake off thinking that this room was safe and secure to leave my belongings in, i was severely wrong. I went and collected my bag and when i opened it i found that £400 was missing, my bags were then searched in case i had misplaced it but they did not do this in a private room they searched all my bags in the coffee lounge in front off the other passengers, i didn't get any satisfaction.

House keeping person and security are a waste off time, no CCTV coverage in the luggage room which i found very convenient for the thieves on the ship.
