Best if you do not expect much and have never cruised before. Expect the guests to be mostly loud and not too very couth. The kids are running freely and feel free to scream, run amuck down the hallways without any displine from either the parents, who are most likly on their cell phones, nor the ship crew. The ship decor is very Gaudy, not too clean, and some areas show a lot of wear, even to many eating areas. We found the dining tables in the Blue Lagoon to be dirty and not cleaned with every new diner. The table in the out doors area of the buffet were cracked and contained dirt in cracks across the top of the eating area. Often the table service was not clean. Public areas were over crowded. The guests were pushy, loud and dressed liked farm hands from the hay fields. Mostly ethnic New Yorker glutens who shoveled the food in. The dress was often flip flops, and items from the second hand stores, even on formal nights. Look for gabradeen, rayon, custume jewerly, and cheap perfumes.

Teaspoons were rarely included in the table service. Beverages were not offered at the table in the buffet area, nor were refills, you had to go get your own. I was given large soup spoon to eat what was their version of apple pie. Trays were not available either at the buffet. Some guests carried three plates at a time.

The buffet looked like left overs from the sit down dinning rooms and was mostly a free for all. I heard that even a fight or few had taken place at the Garden Buffet. Mostly the food offered was fish, and chicken with few sea foods or creative chef offerings in the main dining rooms. The diserts were bland and unrecognizable.

Cabin Review

This is not a restfull, vacation. Expect the typical rude ethnic New Yorker, and younger children who were not parented, a few Canadians who squabble over every penny they spent, the pretensious who claimed great wealth but booked the cheapest accomodations available, both lower inside and lower deck, the "too poor to dress appropriately" yet taking a cruise, and those who thought that grits were good breakfast items.
