My latest cruise was on Breeze from 1/12-1/18, leaving from Miami and stopping in Ocho Rios, Grand Cayman and Cozumel. My sister accompanied me; it was her first cruise and she completely loved it! She is now hooked on cruising. We had a great time and met all sorts of lively people and colorful characters!!!

Ship- The décor was beautiful and tasteful, much better than the Carnival Legend which I was on last year and not impressed by. It was great to be on a new ship with the updates and new amenities. We had a spa balcony cabin and loved it. I had always wanted to try a thalassotherapy pool and it was great. We enjoyed the spa’s thermal suite/steam rooms and relaxation room at the front of the ship.

Overall the ship did not feel overly crowded with 3600+ passengers. Of course, on sea days deck chairs by the pools were scarce. I liked the ambience of the aft pool, but again, always crowded. The Serenity area is spacious – sometimes you could find a spot, but it’s often windy up there. No complaints about the ship’s crew/staff, always friendly and helpful. I had my eye on several of them, but that’s another story!
