They advertise top notch "we can" service. In reality officers and managers don't seen to care.

Open seating dinning is a joke. You stand in line for 15 minutes, only to get a timer and wait another 20-30 minutes for your table. They should take reservations. Food was good - better than Carnival - not as good as Holland America. Only one great waiter (last night) out of four. Lunch buffet was disorganized.
Room was very tight but fine. Corridor was not cleaned during trip. No night stand on one side. Bathroom electrical outlet not working
