Disappointed again in the cruise lines begging for money; prices getting worse than airlines for every item; grandeur nice and small; maybe to small for 3 days cruising; room attendant not around too much; found clothes in 2 drawers from previous occupents;took a while to get them removed; needed soap during cruise and tissues; had to call for; toilet didn't always flush, had to call; phones antiquated; no flashing lights for a message; these are princess phones which are now collecters items; liquor store on board said lowest prices or we will refund the difference in price; we took a pcture on land for a lower price; they refused at first to give us our lousy 2.00 difference in price; finally a superviser gave it to us;

we were told prior to booking we could not get a table for 4 in chops or Giovanni , only for 2; we called again on ship and got the tables and of course hardly anyone was eating in both restaurants before and after we left; food was ok here; dining room in great Gatsby was ok also , but a big letdown from years ago; ate in windjammer, most of time or at park café; service awful at our table in Gatsby; a 2 hour dinner every nite and finally switched to my time; much better, only 90 minutes here; ship was nicely refurbished; slot machines still old though, except for a few; cape liberty still easier to get in and out of; hopefully the quantum of seas makes up for the above; ports were nice; we went for them and not the ship; having cruised many times and a diamond member we are use to going with the flow; we do many cruises with rccl, celebrity, Europe river cruises and land trips abroad, so there is always a give and take; as I said, we just go with the flow;
