This was our 33rd cruise, with most of them on (Carnival,Princess,NCL,Costa) and our 2nd on RCLL. Our stateroom was a inside cabin, which was clean and in great shape for her age. There was alot of closet space for all our items that we brought with us. The stateroom attendent (NEICA GRANT) was outstanding and attentive to all our needs throughout our entire cruise. Neica went out of her way to greet us when we entered and left our cabin. When we asked her a question she was courteous and quick to respond with a answer. I would rate her in the top 5% on the 33 cruises that the wife and I have taken.

The main dining room food was very good and our two MDR servers we had (GLEN) were the most efficient we have had on other cruises. They were fast, courteous, and able to keep up with all the food requests without slowing down or taking to much time to bring the food. The food however at the Windjammer could best be described as repetitive, cold, and mediocre. Durning the five day cruise they had alot of the same food (rice, noodles with meat sauce) and so on. We ate at the Winjammer three of the five nights that we were on the cruise. Also, the other issue I have is the way the food is brought out and put in large pans, which tends to get cold. The burgers and hot dogs would sit in these pans and get cold and dry. When I picked up a hot dog bum it was as hard as a baseball bat. I hit my wife on the arm with it and she said what is that. Most other cruise lines take them right off the grill and place them on your bun.

The ship just under went an upgrade in the past year. The majority of the ship was spotless and looked in great shape for her age. She was a beautiful ship and well maintained. The one shore excursion that we did was in Grand Caymon (Catamaran Sail and Snorkel -GCC6) was the Worst we have done on past cruises. Save your $$$ and time. No one greated us as we got off the bus and had to walk around util we founf the catamaran on the beach. While in the water there was not much to see and very little fish life. All in all we had a nice time on the Brilliance of the Seas, and will try RC again down the road.
