This was our 20th Anniversary Cruise and our 2nd with Carnival. We got lost getting to the Terminal, need better directions, NOLA road signs not helpful, even our Garmin had us turning where no roads existed, but we finally made it. It was 40 degrees when we got there.

Now on the the Sunshine. We booked our cruise Dec 2012, 2 weeks later the Triumph happened, so needless to say we were worried, then a second and third problem. We considered canceling but we are up for an adventure. SOOOOOO Glad we did, where do I begin.

As I said we had an awesome room. Our steward was great, we had ordered a beer cooler and he kept it full twice daily. Met us with a smile day and night, teased us when we crawled in late.

We decided to get a Suite this time and had an Ocean View Suite mid-ship 7183, WOW!! King size bed, mini-fridge (stocked), sitting area with large flat screen TV, counter space galore, walk-in closets, even the bathroom was big enough for 2 with an overlarge Vanity. Our Balcony was large with comfy chairs and tables, perfect place for coffee in the morning and Romance to end a great day!Now on the the Sunshine.
