I recently have returned from a 14 day. Xmas cruise on the Thompson Dream

How disappointed we were. After reading some of the reviews I can only highlight what has already been written.. We were hoping for a Dream Holiday we have been on many cruises but never had the experiences we had on this ship. The room we were allocated was a single room with 2 children's beds in we are 60 years young they told us they were unable to move us until the second week.. we were offered another room on day 8 that was smaller so we stayed put

the food was unacceptable both in the Restaurant and in the Lido buffet we complained on many occasions but was told it would get better !!!!! It never did Christmas Night we queued for over an hour and left the table at 10.45 still wating for our dessert. The Christmas dinner consisted of 2 slices of Turkey 2 carrots 2small potatoes 2green beans, they were more interested in selling their Wine than serving at the tables
