This is a fantastic vessel. Absolutely no doubt about that. The decor and cleanliness of the ship is as good as it gets. The service was excellent in every category except the spa. This is an area that needs improvement immediately, and Celebrity knows it. We were told by the Cruise Director that this is a known problem and they are changing management companies within the next month. I assume this will correct the problem.

Our Butler (Naala) was so good that her contribution to our happiness with this cruise cannot be overstated. She was always there meeting every need in the most appropriate fashion. Even went so far as wanting to go over our bill with us to make sure there were no inaccurate charges. The aft corner Sky Suite was stunning although the veranda was less than expected. The food service in the MDR was acceptable with the Wine Sommelier (Rita) being extrodinary.

The food in the MDR was terrible, however. The lobster on the 2nd formal night was the absolute worst meal I have ever had. Not even edible. This ship needs a new Executive Chef. The specialty restaurants were much better but by no means in the excellent category. Read more
