If this had been our first cruise, it would have been our last! There is nothing good that can be said about this company. Using hotel ratings - the best they would get is 2 Star and that would be pushing it.

Start with the cabin ..... the cabins are in serious need of an upgrade. The beds need new mattreses - definitely new pillows - the bedding is long past their 'use by' date - seriously, dismal describes what is in use here.

The food experience - where to begin - if a chef cannot fry an egg, what hope is there? The evening meal that is normally a highlight, was appalling! We decided after the first night to try again, thinking it may have been a once off bad situation. But no - nothing can remedy what is offered.
