This was a disappointment in many areas.

Pros. The stateroom staff and many of the restaurant staff were friendly, helpful, and even after working long hours seemed fresh and anxious to help. The gym facilities were modern and spacious considering we were on a cruise ship. Room service although limited menu was fast and hot.

The steak house restaurant(although you had to pay a flat fee of around $30 to go there) was excellent. Service there was great too.

Cabin Review

The room felt spacious. There was a separate desk area that double as a second dressing area so each of you could have a mirror when getting ready. Bring your own coat hangers. They are so afraid you will take theirs that the have the worse security (two hangers to a peg) I've seen. The mini bar can be emptied to the nearby shelf until the end of your cruise so you have a frig for the drinks you brought aboard. If you like to watch your own shows from your computer bring a universal remote so you can change the input to work with the HDMI. Great stateroom service twice a day. Not very luxurious as the imitation wood is a cheap looking knockoff and the coffee table had rings and chips but hey, we had enough room for a small coffee table so that’s something. The closet door rollers were worn out and noise but it's an older ship that was redone last year so some of that you have to expect wasn't changed.
