Arrived by first class coach which was clean, comfortable and a pleasent journey. I like the fact that once your luggage is on board the coach you do not have to handle this again until you are inside your cabin. A rather long journey from 6.30am to 2pm.
Arrived at Southampton where everything went smoothly with the aid of ground staff directing you to the appropriate check in desk.
Entered the ship with a warm welcome from members of the crew who all looked very smart and gave you a warm welcome. My first words on going inside the Queen Mary 2 was, WOW. Everything inside this ship is luxury, comfortable, warm, stylish and friendly.
Cabin Review
Very nice to be able to look out to sea even on the rocky days. A balcony gives to that extra space and air which i think is very good. I used the balcony daily even if it was only for a short time. Nice to have your own personal space as and when you want.
