We just got back from sailing on the Splendor. I have no complaints at all. This was our 10th cruise and our 4th on Carnival. We arrived at the Pier at about 11:15am and by 11:40am we were walking on board, it was so smooth and no lines at all at that time.

Our Cabin Steward Putu was the best I have ever encountered. You never knew he was in your room. You would come back from dinner and your bed was turned down, chocolate on pillow and the next days fun times on your bed. He also made the greatest towel animals and hid them in our shower, hung a monkey from the ceiling and made a pig with our bathrobe and sunglasses reading the fun times. We never laughed so hard in all our lives when we walked in and spotted the pig in the bed with the robe on. I tipped him extra the last morning and he bowed to me and thanked me many times. We were traveling with 6 and we had 3 cabins, he knew everyone's name and constantly greeted us by name. I heard him doing this with all the cabins around us. We had a 6pm dinner in the Gold Pearl and Richie was our waiter, he too was great! There was not a bad meal and we all got differently things. My husband is a very big eater and he would order 3 starters and Richie would ask him if he wanted more. He even brought over more lobster and shrimp for my husband and son and they graciously ate them. The camps were great, my 13 and 17 yr old were in the Circle C and O2 clubs. My only complaint was that they were having too much fun and my 17 yr old wouldn't come back until 1-2am. My 13yr old was usually around midnight except the last night they had a big party to say good bye and she came home closer to 1am. The kids were sad to see it end and are now friends on FB and Instagram with all the kids that they met.

We had brunch at Sea Days and ate at the Lido on in port days, both were great! The pizza was amazing. I think I had about 10 white pizza's. I worked out everyday, so I only gained 4lbs but I did not hold back when it came to eating!
