Sail Date: Nov 2006

Just returned from a 15 night cruise. We had a bumpy start, the BVE people who had paid to get on the ship with passengers rec'd a call the day before sailing to say their boarding passes were cancelled and we were very disappointed. We were supposed to sail until the bridge around 4 pm and at 11:30 pm we were still at the port and so we went to bed. When we woke we were out to sea thank goodness!

The ship had just replaced all its carpeting throughout and everything was clean. However there were some plumbing issues on some decks, and being sold out the people could not be moved to new cabins.

Not one complaint about the service, everyone was friendly and helpful, I would give the staff a 10.

Cabin Review

Good location if too much walking is an issue. Very close to elevators, but not too close, and close to laundry. Very small closet, remove all their wooden hangers and use wire ones, and you can hang 35 items very easily without crowding.
