We have been on 10 cruises in past and this is by far the worse run ship we have been on. The ship is beautiful and well maintained .The food was terrible to the point of the best meal was the pizza bar. Lack of kitchen help made people serve them self at the buffet bar causing health issues and many people getting sick. Costa provides a doctor at $70 per visit between 8 and 10 in the morning, $140 there after .The singers & dancers on three nights were good ,the other so called entertainers were terrible at best. Smoking was controlled except in the casino area as after 8 pm all you could see is a sea of smoke. If you wanted to talk to someone at guest services get in line and wait at least an hour as there were many complaints. I tried to talk to cruise director Max to no avail as I was told he was busy. Most cruise Lines want the guest to have a good time and keep them informed on daily activity . Management no were to be seen until after the evening show with very little commits .I will say the bar area was managed with plenty of workers and available 24/7.This will be marked as a bad experience on a under performing cruise line.

We were assigned a cabin above the disco bar ,which plays music from midnight till 3 in the morning .After four nights of complaints and having to sleep until noon time every day we were moved to other cabin. This prevented from being able to take advantage of trips to shore.
