Returned several days ago from Carnival Conquest 7 night Carribean cruise which departed from Miami.

Overall the experience was sub par. The main dining room, atrium, buffet and seating areas were so cold it was hard to enjoy anything. Even the rooms were cold. We went for Christmas with a group of 12 friends and family. Everyone agreed that the interior of the ship was so cold, that at times it was unbearable. The food in the buffet and in the main dining room was inadequate at best, at times inedible. Guys burger joint was unappealing and greasy Entertainment extremely lackluster.

Positives: Staff, whom are mostly of Indonesian decent, are friendly, hardworking, and courteous, rooms always cleaned promptly and thoroughly. Waiters in dining room worked hard to please.
