Sail Date: Oct 2013

This was our longest cruise ever and I was a little apprehensive about the Atlantic crossings because I thought it might be rough and cold, so We were thrilled to have mosly calm seas and warm weather. We even used the outside pool most days. When the captain thought it might get a little rough, he adjusted things to make it comfortable. We loved his daily reports from the bridge!

Honestly we liked everything about this cruise; the friendly guests and crew, the wonderful food and all the ports we were at. We did take some ship tours and they were good, but mostly we had privately arranged tours which were very, very good and a lot less than what the ship charged.

The entertainment that we saw was good; most often we missed it, because after our late dinner, we were just too tired from being so busy all day.

Cabin Review

We had a great cabin in terms of location and size. There were a few minor issues that were dealt with promptly by the staff. Even though we were across from the laundry, folks respected the hours and there was no abundance of noise. I actually found it quite convenient to be there.
