2nd time cruiser and was totally disappointed in level of service , but what got me more than anything was that some people payed less than half of what we paid for a balcony cabin.... We had booked everything so we could have the 'holiday of a lifetime' and to be honest, we would have been better going back to Egypt to our favourite resort - we could have been there 5 times for what we paid.

Food not so good, got food poisoning, the only good thing about this ship was the weather and the people we met....fantastic and 6 out of 8 ports were superb,but never again will I cruise a British cruise line. As a nation we really do have a lower expectation than the Americans.

I spoke to other on board who were shocked , discussed and disappointed who said that they could only use the experience to never cruise P&O again, but highly recommend Princess cruises and Royal Carrbean. Read more
