Sail Date: Sep 2013

We were on Carnival Sensation in March 2013. We were a group of 8. Port Canaveral was wonderful. WE were on the ship in 2 shakes of a lambs tail. Found the ship to be OLD!!! It was a 3 day cruise. We will never do a 3 day again. By the time you unpack, it's time to pack again. Way too short. This ship was a total party cruise, drinking, no souvenir glasses for refills, food was good. Debarkation was easy and fast.

NOW...the fun.... We took another cruise on this ship in September. My husband made Platinum on this cruise, I made platinum on the cruise we just came home from (Dec. 9th, Victory). This was the reason we booked this cruise for September, so I would be Platinum on my next cruise. Booked last minute.

On our September sailing.... We arrived at our room, we unpacked, Our cabin was not clean..It was run down, the bathroom door stuck a lot and was rusted, I got stuck inside, but the kicker was the tiny little bugs on the bathroom walls!!!!! We called the front desk, they sent someone to clean it. I was not satisfied as I checked other passengers cabins and they had them too!!!! SO.,they moved us to another cabin (down-grade), and we were not happy. Gave us $40.00 off our first day! BIG DEAL!!! Food was still good, service not so good. Plus our friends who came with us had the same issue with the bugs plus another issue with an officer. Wish I never went on this cruise!!!! This ship should be retired, scrap metal, anything but sailing with passengers!
