After three wonderful cruises in Yacht Club we decided to try the brand new MSC Preziosa. We have have previously cruised twice in Yacht Club onboard the MSC Divina and once onboard the first Fantasiaclass vessel, the MSC Fantasia. We simply love this product and it's very good value for money in my opinion.

So we had big expectations when we boarded the ship in Genova for our Western Mediterranean cruise.

We arrived the newly refurbished MSC Terminal about 12 AM and were met by our butler as well as very efficient check-in staff. All formalities done in a few minutes and we were onboard this magnificent ship in no time. MSC Preziosa is a sistership of MSC Divina and they are identical. Just different decor colours in the interiors. In addition MSC have added he Vertigo Waterslide which was extremely fun. The ship is spotless and the Yacht Club enclave very nice. As we have cruised before in YC there was no need for a assisted tour of the Yacht Club area which is offered to all embarking guests. We booked one of the large Yacht Club Deluxe suites on 33 sqm. They are a bit larger than the standard YC Deluxe cabin but the cruisefare is the same. Very nice decor and warm colurs. Walk in closet with safe. Bathtube in the bathroom. A lot of storage. Flat screen TV with mostly European channels as well as safety channel and a navigation information channel with TV cams from different part of the ship. Read more
