We received lots of misinformation regarding our November cruise on Liberty of the Seas. Most of this misinformation/or lack information came from Customer Service Agents at Royal Caribbean. We could not get correct answers regarding the water issue, the entertainment, etc. In addition, their web site is horrible and at best is difficult to maneuver especially if you are not seasoned cruisers which we were not.

Water and drinks: No need to buy water-period. There is plenty of free, good tasting, and cold water available everywhere. They had water at meals, at the bars, etc. For breakfast, you could have a variety of juices, water, tea, coffee, milk, etc. At lunch lemonade, water, tea, etc. was available. At dinner water, coffee, tea was available. In addition, water, coffee, tea is available 24 hours a day in the Promenade café. These were all complimentary. The alcoholic drinks were not as expensive as I thought they would be.

Entertainment: The entertainment in the evening is free, with plenty of available seats, and good scheduling, etc. Most of the shows are appropriate for children except the Saturday Night Fever Show. The shows were excellent and easily available. The ice skating is available twice a day but fills up fairly quickly so be there ahead of time. The climbing wall line moved very quickly and their attendants were very conscientious. The surfing option had short lines and moved fairly quickly. No lineup on the miniature golf. The trivia was great with nice prizes and appropriate for children to join their parents. Read more
