We decided to take a cruise for my 51st birthday. Our youngest was 17 so we figured they could survive without us for a week.

We were in an interior cabin. No problem, as I didn't intend to spend much time there anyway. We enjoyed the various decks for sunning ourselves, while reading about the snow on the ground at home. We loved playing all the games scheduled during the day, especially all the trivia ones. One night we went to the comedy show, the others we went to whatever was playing in the big auditorium. The shows were great entertainment. The dancers really work hard to put on a quality show.

The food was great, especially the new hamburger place. My husband stopped by there often! The staff was wonderful and learned our names the first day. I almost dropped my breakfast plate when the server at the buffet said Good Morning Miss Ingrid! The dining room staff was so responsive and friendly.
