The ship itself is quite pretty for an older vessel. The Renaissance artwork was quite tasteful, although there were several little kids including mine that mentioned the statue of Michelangelo's David every time they were in the elevators near the statue. The elevators themselves were quick and efficient. We had a balcony stateroom which was a nice size.

The pool decks when wet are incredibly slick. The ivory colored paint was so slippery it felt like ice and we had to hold on to chairs on deck to not slip and fall. The water slide was never open. I think they just built one to advertise it, but never actually use it. The covered pool had leaks when raining, which made the already slippery deck even more so.

Serenity adult area was nice and quiet but very very windy due to its' location at the back.
