A new Ship, beautiful! The rooms are big enough and most facilities needed are available, clean and neat. Definetely buy the Boys and Girls Softdrink package that they have, you save a bit with this. Everything worth doing on the ship is however charged for...Grand Prix and Golf Simulator, use of Spa Steam rooms, 4D Movies etc.

Our waiter and our room attendant was stunning, the chefs/cooks and receptionist could learn somethng from them, they were quite rude when asking for something, like "how dare you ask attitude" (Had to ask for butter to be refilled or teaspoons at the coffee stations) Our safe did not work and when you phone the number they tell you to, no one answers, so we left it after reception just told us to keep on trying.

Food was good, but average, their coffee sucks. It is in fact an italian ship, but expected more staff to be able to speak and understand english as they had Guests from all over the world, all their onboard entertainers and shows are also not in english, so not so enjoyable and could not really join in on some of them.
