My wife and I went on this cruise because we were celebrating our 52nd anniversary and my wife being cancer free for 5 yrs. We were led to believe this would be a quiet and relaxing cruise. It was a disaster, it appeared that half the passengers were unsupervised tweens and teens. They ran thru the halls at all hours of the day and night, swearing and yelling, they took room service cards off cabin doors so your food was not delivered in the morning, we received phone calls during the middle of the night only to hear kids laugh and hang up. They would get on elevators and push all the buttons. They would jump in front of you in food lines. Neither their parents or security would say or do anything about any of these things. We selected our dining time but every time we went to dinner we were given a remote buzzer and told it would be at least a 30 min wait. We went to so called guest services as many other passengers did and we were told they were sorry about everything but nothing was ever done to correct the problems.

We upgraded to an OC SUITE, which had torn and dirty dust ruffles on the bed, the bathtub was dirty, Windows appeared not to have been cleaned in months, and was not much bigger than a regular balcony cabin. The entertainment was poor, the food was fair, the adults only pool and whirlpool was also overrun by kids. Save your money and pick another cruise line.
