This was our 4th cruise on Celebrity, our first on the Reflection. It is a lovely ship with lots of fabulous specialty restaurants and bars. The entertainment was very good and the cabin (aqua class) was very nice. Just a few disappointments, which may not be a big deal to other cruisers, but were annoying for us. We purchased transfers from Fort Lauderdale airport to the ship in Miami. We waited quite a while for a bus to arrive to take us to the ship and we were not getting any information from the greeters who were supposed to help us. When anyone asked for an update the woman with the clipboard got angry and said she didn't know.
The next disappointing thing is that now that Celebrity allows you to choose a free beverage package, the bar service has really deteriorated. I can understand that they may not want to push the booze when they are giving it away for free but they make it hard to get a drink. No one came around with drinks when we were at the solarium and no one even asked if we wanted a drink. When we went to the bar to get our own drinks, we had to wait a long time to be served and the bartender didn't even give us what we asked for. Bar service is definitely not like it used to be.
The specialty restaurants are fabulous. We especially like Murano. We did not even bother going to the main dining room once during the cruise. We had access to Blu since we were Aqua class. The food was good and the service was good but I recall much more attention from the Blu staff on our last cruise.
Nice cabin, roomy (it's all relative) bathroom, comfy chairs on balcony, comfy bed, could have used firmer pillows though
