This was our 12th or 13th cruise, 4 Carnival, 4 Royal Caribbean, 2 Princess, 2 NCL, etc. We lost count. Overall this is a great cruise ship and would recommend it to anyone. We cruised before the Christmas break, so there were not 500 kids running around on the ship. Carnival is great with kids, we just don't like to be overran with them.
EMBARKATION was not the best. Royal Caribbean Rhapsody that runs out of Galveston is twice as fast and not that much smaller a ship, 70,000 tons vs 110,000 Conquest.
PUBLIC ROOMS were beautiful and clean.
