Food, buffet lunch poor. Limited selection. Meat tough. Same salad every day, limited selection. Three or four hot selections, uninteresting. One soup. Two desserts each day, poor quality. Two sugarless desserts and fruit. Beverages were iced tea, coffee or water, and milk. Pasta was good. Hamburgers awful. Pizza okay.

Lunch dining room selections very limited. Food was poor quality. Service was Ok sometimes and not so good other times. Desserts were better than on the buffet.

Dinner, Meat was very difficult to chew, too much sauce and gravy. Selections were very limited. One or two appetizers each day, one salad. Almost every dish ordered came with a boiled potato. Bread was good but we got the same roll every night. Fish was OK, mostly tasteless. Desserts were not good except for cheesecake on two nights, couldn't believe it came from the same bakery. must have been frozen.
